Solar panels for your building, with no investment from the association
Aldea invests in the installation in exchange for renting the roof. Residents benefit from collective self-consumption, with no special levies, and add value to the property.
Solar energy with no money from the association
Aldea funds the entire installation. The association pays nothing upfront: the roof is rented for 15-30 years.
Throughout the rental we handle maintenance and insurance of the installation. Zero worries.
The panels power the lift, garage, entrance or pool and reduce the building’s common bill.
Each resident can buy or subscribe to their coefficient and self-consume solar energy at home. Joining is voluntary.
A building with self-consumption is more efficient and attractive, improving its sale and rental value.
When the rental ends, the entire installation becomes the property of the association.
From the meeting’s approval to solar energy
The association approves the project (a 3/5 majority of votes is enough). We help you present it.
You sign the roof-rental agreement with Aldea, with clear terms and no fine print.
We identify which residents want their coefficient, by purchase or subscription.
We open the file with the grid operator (I-DE, E-Distribución, UFD…) and design the installation.
We manage the municipal permits and install the panels on the roof.
We handle legalisation (CIE) and the available grants. The energy starts to flow.
Collective self-consumption, made simple
The coefficient is the share of installed capacity each resident assigns to their own consumption.
You acquire your share of the installation and enjoy its energy throughout its useful life.
You pay a flexible fee to use your coefficient, with no upfront purchase. Ideal to start with no commitment.
You consume solar energy generated in your own building, lowering your bill and your emissions.
Each resident decides whether to join. Unsold coefficients go to the association at the end of the rental.
What associations usually ask
Do I have to change electricity supplier? +
No. You can benefit from collective self-consumption while keeping your current supplier.
Is any work needed inside my home? +
No. The installation is mounted on the roof and common areas; there is no work inside your home.
How big does the roof need to be? +
We work with roofs or terraces larger than 500 m². If your building has one, contact us and we’ll study it.
What happens to coefficients that aren’t sold? +
When the rental ends, unsold coefficients become the property of the association, along with the whole installation.
Who maintains the installation? +
Aldea handles maintenance and insurance throughout the roof-rental period.
